Once a booking, registration, or service fee is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. We currently do not offer refunds for payments made, except in cases where the service was not delivered due to a clear error on our part.

In the rare event that Arivagam is unable to deliver the promised service, we will evaluate the situation and offer a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@arivagam.com within 7 days of the issue, along with valid proof and details.

Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
